LEAN Indiana was established to provide support to members and their families to overcome adversity. LEAN Indiana provides information and benefits related to pain management, behavioral health issues, mental health issues, addiction and other challenges that threaten the overall well-being of individuals.

Peer Support Volunteers are
fellow laborers in active recovery programs
for alcohol and drug addictions.
If you would like to volunteer as a peer mentor for this program, please contact your Local Union or Fund Office.
